Schedule a no obligation sales appointment: Sales appointments are usually conducted in your home where you can view the blind and shade samples in each room and window where they will be installed. The optimal time to schedule is around 30 days prior to anticipating the installation or your move-in date. Shutters would be best ordered 60-90 days in advance.
Meet and Measure: At the sales appointment it would be helpful if you have samples of cabinetry, carpet, paint, etc. to coordinate with your window coverings samples. We will measure all windows at the sales appointment, make recommendations, and collect other information to prepare the quote. The quote is typically available to you within 48 hours depending on the complexity.
Order: Once you decide to order, we will send an invoice for a portion of the quote (usually 50%). We accept most payments methods and our invoices include payment buttons for your convenience or we will gladly accept your personal check.
Installation: Products usually arrive 2-4 weeks after order, however some specialty product and shutters can take more than 4 weeks. We will let you know when to expect your products prior to order and keep you up to date if there are changes. Standard installation is FREE with most quotes. Limited surcharges may apply for extension ladders, lifts, networking, shutter installation, etc.
